This program helps improve commercial buildings by financing energy efficiency measures and renewable energy systems. Authorized by Section 29.55.100 of the Alaska Statutes, which allows local governments to create and manage C-PACE programs, financing may be granted for products and devices that provide thermal energy, including high-efficiency water heating systems and renewable energy systems.
