The Florida Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program allows owners of eligible commercial and industrial buildings to finance up to 100% of their renewable energy and other sustainability improvements. A wide range of renewable energy technology projects are eligible. This financing is only available in participating municipalities.
