Webinar: Does Solar Thermal Make Sense for Your Organization? Solar Thermal C&I Decarbonization Series Part 1

Solar thermal is an established renewable thermal technology, but it has received far less attention in recent years than solar photovoltaics (PV). The Renewable Thermal Collaborative is taking a two-part look at the state and potential of this exciting technology in 2020.

On Thursday, May 28 from 1-2pm ET, the RTC presented the first session on solar thermal. RTC Solutions Providers SunDrum Solar and Solar UV Solutions shared insights from their respective experiences deploying two different cutting-edge solar thermal technologies in the field. Listeners will come away from the discussion with a refreshed sense of what solar thermal can do, how it might address their specific needs, and how to identify potential implementation opportunities.

A second session later this year will share new solar thermal-related research and analysis from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL).

Speakers included:

  • Don Frank, Founder and Owner, Solar UV Solutions
  • Michael G. Intrieri, Founder and CEO, SunDrum® Solar
  • Blaine Collison, Senior Vice President, David Gardiner and Associates (facilitator)
